The track-mounted wall saws operation allows for long, straight cutting
of brick, block or reinforced concrete up to 36 inches thick with access
from one side. Used mainly on vertical surfaces, this saw can cut quickly
and accurately from any position even upside down. It can be mounted at
an angle or adapted for flush cutting next to a wall or along a floor
where needed.
These lightweight , portable saws have changed the character of building
modification. The dustless, vibration-free ability of the wall saw to cut
with a diamond blade has made pneumatic breaking obsolete.
Cutting operations in concrete walls with diamond tools causes no
structural damage and require little patching. The convenience of sawing
and completely removing many openings in one day can not be matched by any
other method.
In demolition and removal projects we can use this saw not only for wall
cuts, but in areas inaccessible to slab saws, such as tight corners or for
stairwell removal. Some of our wall saws can be remotely controlled for
confined space or other hazardous conditions. |
